Spend 4 days with our dietitians in a luxury Oceanfront Villa for an all-expense paid retreat filled with exclusive nutrition workshops, physical activity excursions, small group nutrition counseling, and really, really great food!
Activities
Yoga
Our dietitian Karlei will be leading 2 yoga sessions. One in the morning to kick start your day and one in the evening to relax before a delicious meal.
Nutrition Group Session
Our dietitians will provide 2 fun and interactive group sessions covering the topics of mindfulness around food, diet and nutrition myth-busting, and goal setting.
Body Image Session
Our dietitians will give you a new perspective on accepting, loving, and caring for your body.
Small Group Breakout Sessions
Our dietitians will guide a small group of clients in mindfulness around food and set nutrition goals.
Cooking Demo
Our dietitian Diana will be leading the fish tacos cooking demo where you will participate by enjoying its flavors!

Individual Excursion Option 1:
Kayak Tour
Join an Eco-art Kayak Adventure in the Costal Heritage Preserve! This is a 3-4 hour excursion exploring the restored and natural marshes of Galveston. Haunted Segway Tour
