Infatuated with all things food, Maggy Doherty is a Registered Dietitian from Dallas, Texas. As a UCLA student-athlete on the Women’s Diving team, she learned how to use food to take her health and performance to the next level. After earning her Master of Science in Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago and practicing as a clinical dietitian at Dallas’ Parkland Hospital, she is now the proud founder of Doherty Nutrition LLC.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Maggy hiking in the backcountry, searching for the world’s greatest brussels sprouts recipe, and mixing up an old fashioned.

Sarah Castellanos is a Registered Dietitian originally from Plano, Texas. She studied and completed her internship at the University of Missouri and has been practicing as a clinical dietitian since 2013. She believes food to be the universal language that brings us all together. She has a special place in her heart for those who struggle with eating disorders and has a passion for helping them heal their relationship with food. Her focus is non-weight based through the practice of intuitive eating and Health at Every Size®.
Isabella Ferrari is a Registered Dietitian born in Venezuela with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern. She is bilingual in both Spanish and English. Isabella is passionate about food and how it can prevent chronic illnesses. She worked in private clinics in her home country and in rural communities in the Amazon and Guatemala to help the community to improve their nutrition status with education. She loves rock climbing, yoga and dogs!
Rachel graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She began her career as a personal trainer in her home state of Iowa but moved to Texas to pursue a career as a personal trainer with 24 Hour Fitness. For the past 10 years, Rachel has been using her background in kinesiology to educate and inspire others to achieve their fitness and health goals. Throughout her career, she has learned about the importance of nutrition and its impact on health and longevity. After discovering a passion for nutrition, she has decided to pursue a path towards being a Registered Dietitian and currently applying for a master’s degree program in nutrition from the University of Southern California.
