Group Nutrition Counseling at Doherty Nutrition

What To Expect:

Group nutrition classes offer a unique perspective by allowing you to collaborate with others in their nutrition journey. We bring our clients together to give insight into others questions, struggles and successes to create a supportive community.

Doherty Nutrition Club

Doherty Nutrition Club offers monthly group classes that cover a variety of topics and usually last about an hour. All classes will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Kelly's Monthly Intuitive Eating Support Group
When: The first Tuesday of each month
Time: 6:30-7:30 CST
Where: Virtual
Dietitian: Kelly Minarick, MBA, RD, LD

Join Kelly Minarick, RD, LDN and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor for a monthly support group to connect with others and hone in on your Intuitive Eating skills in order to create a healthy relationship with food and your body.

Goal Setting Accountability Group

When: February 1st, 15th, and March 7th
Time: 5:30 CST
Where: Virtual
Dietitian: Arati Patel, MS, RDN, LD

Whether you made goals in our New Year’s Goal Setting group or just want support and accountability with goals you’ve made on your own, this is the group for you!   

Join Arati Patel, MS, RDN, LD on Thursdays over the course of 6 weeks (February 1st, 15th, and March 7th) from 5:30-6:30pm to help keep your goals on track for the new year! 🎉🥂   

Rather than adding more goals to the graveyard this year, be part of a like-minded community to stick with them! 🙌
