Kristen Ramos

Kristen is a Registered Dietitian from El Paso, Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and went on to complete her dietetic internship and master’s degree in nutrition at the University of Arizona. Now back in Texas, Kristen is dedicated to supporting clients on their unique journeys with compassionate guidance and evidence-based practices.

Kristen’s mission as a dietitian is to help individuals break free from the restrictions of diet culture, empowering them to make sustainable, lifelong changes that enhance their well-being and foster a positive relationship with food and movement.

In her free time, Kristen loves to spend her weekends enjoying brunch, thrifting, taking nature walks, watching scary movies, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys!
