Karlei Summerford

Karlei is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about making nutrition personalized and approachable through a whole-body lens. She believes nutrition should feel supportive and empowering, and works closely with clients to improve their health, manage chronic conditions, and feel like themselves again.

Born and raised in Texas, Karlei earned her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics & Hospitality from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. Her career spans both clinical and private practice settings, giving her a well-rounded understanding of complex medical conditions as well as long-term lifestyle change. She has worked extensively in hospital environments with chronic illnesses and complex medical needs and now supports clients in private practice through sustainable habit building, preventative nutrition, and integrative, root cause focused care.

Karlei specializes in women’s health, hormone-related concerns, autoimmune conditions, and gastrointestinal disorders. She values meeting clients where they are and is passionate about helping those who feel frustrated or disconnected from their bodies regain confidence, energy, and clarity around their health. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with an integrative, individualized perspective to support clients nutritionally, physically, and mentally.

Outside of work, you will find Karlei in the kitchen trying new recipes, practicing Pilates, or spending time outdoors.
