Audrey McKinney

Audrey is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals find peace with food and their bodies. Originally from Indiana, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and her master’s in clinical nutrition through the University of Wisconsin-Madison

Audrey’s approach to nutrition counseling is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and helping others reconnect with their bodies through nourishment and self-kindness. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops, running, reading, experimenting with new recipes and exploring the Dallas area.
