Leslie Ramirez

Leslie Ramirez is a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. Using a compassionate, person-centered approach, she focuses on personalized nutrition and sustainable health habits that support long-term wellness.

Leslie especially enjoys working with individuals living with diabetes and those who are truly ready to make meaningful, lasting changes. Her specialty areas include diabetes management, weight management, and general health and wellness. Leslie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Woman’s University.

When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys long walks, baking, and spending meaningful time with her loved ones.
