Insured Clients
Most insurance plans consider nutrition counseling to be a preventative service, however, some plans consider it a medical service. Here’s how your visit might be covered:
- Covered at 100% with no patient responsibility
- Payment subject to specialist copay, deductible and/or coinsurance
Self Pay Clients
Payment will be due at the end of each visit and your credit/debit card on file will be charged.
- $190 for your first session (60-75 minutes)
- $160 for your follow up sessions (60 minutes or $40 per 15-minutes prorated amount)
- $30 per group class (60-minutes)
- $55 per meal support session (30-minutes)
Out Of Network Reimbursement
Depending on your specific plan, we can provide you with a superbill (itemized receipt for healthcare services) and you may be able to file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance company.
