Bryan Johnson

Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University and completed his master’s degree through The University of Alabama. He went on to complete his dietetic internship with Medical City, where he gained hands-on experience in clinical nutrition and evidence-based, patient-centered care. He also previously worked at Eating Recovery Center, supporting individuals in improving their relationship with food through compassionate, individualized care.

Bryan is especially passionate about supporting men’s health and creating spaces where men feel comfortable discussing body image, performance pressures, and their relationship with food. His approach blends evidence-based science with practical, real-life strategies to help clients build sustainable health habits that enhance life—not restrict it. His specialties include general wellness, athletes, eating disorders, and men’s health.

Outside of work, Bryan enjoys weightlifting, running, basketball, pickleball, and trying new foods—though tacos will always be his favorite food.
