Cassidy Storts

Cassidy Storts is a Registered Dietitian who takes a personalized, holistic approach to nutrition, with a strong focus on women’s health and metabolic wellness. Her work centers on helping clients understand their bodies, fuel with confidence, and build sustainable habits that support both short- and long-term health. She earned her Bachelor of Science  in Nutrition Science from Texas Woman’s University and completed her dietetic internship through Wellness Workdays.

While she works with a wide range of clients, Cassidy has a particular passion for supporting women navigating polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), pregnancy & postpartum, diabetes, and other metabolic health conditions. Having PCOS herself, she brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her work.

Cassidy believes nutrition should be realistic, flexible, and supportive of everyday life. She blends evidence-based nutrition with a holistic view of wellness, including hormones, blood sugar, stress, sleep, and lifestyle. For clients who desire it, she is able to incorporate faith-based principles.

In her free time, Cassidy loves spending time with her husband wandering antique malls, watching Oklahoma football, and taking long walks with their golden retriever.
