Evangelina Vaghefi

Evangelina is a bilingual Registered Dietitian from Fort Worth, Texas who enjoys making nutrition feel empowering and culturally inclusive. She earned Bachelor degrees in Nutrition and Psychology and a Master in Medical Sciences from UNT Health Fort Worth.

Evangelina brings experience and excitement working with clients across the lifespan, and in the field of chronic disease management. Her work is rooted in evidence-based nutrition with an emphasis on Mindful & Intuitive Eating and a Health at Every Size ® approach. She is passionate about providing personalized nutrition counseling that is culturally affirming, meets clients where they are, and empowers sustainable behavior change. With a focus on whole person health, Evangelina’s goal is to connect with clients and make sure they feel understood, respected, and supported while addressing the emotional, physical, and lifestyle factors that impact overall health.

Outside of work, you can find Evangelina spending time in nature, trying out new matcha flavors, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
