Katherine Keelan

Katherine is a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping individuals feel their best through sustainable, compassionate, and personalized nutrition care. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Tech University and completed her dietetic internship through Aramark Healthcare+ in the Dallas area.

She has a special interest in women’s health, general health and wellness, diabetes management, and helping clients create practical habits that fit their individual lifestyles. Her approach to nutrition is rooted in balance, compassion, and sustainability, with the goal of making nutrition feel approachable rather than overwhelming.

Katherine strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered throughout their health journey. She enjoys helping clients build confidence in their choices while working toward long-term wellness in a way that feels realistic and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys traveling, reading on her Kindle, going on walks with her dog Daisy, and recently trying her hand at embroidery!
