Soleil Watanabe

Soleil is a registered dietitian passionate about helping clients better understand themselves so they can feel empowered in their health and everyday lives. She believes food is more than nourishment; it is a powerful tool for connection, self-understanding, and self-care. Through an additive approach, rooted in balance and curiosity, Soleil helps clients build a trusting relationship with food and their bodies.

Soleil believes nutrition counseling starts with meaningful relationships. Recognizing our individual stories, emotional experiences, and daily life all shape the way we nourish ourselves, she partners with clients to create a compassionate space where they feel seen, supported, and confident in making choices that align with their unique needs.

Soleil earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nutrition from the University of Illinois Chicago. Outside of her work as a dietitian, she enjoys exploring her love of creativity and connection through painting, spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and discovering new places!
