Scarlett Stussy is originally from Arkansas, and has lived in DFW for the last 10 years. She became a Registered Dietitian after completing her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern. She has worked in hospital and clinic settings, and loves spreading knowledge about her favorite topic- food! Her passion is teaching others how to enjoy their favorite foods while improving their overall health and managing chronic illnesses.
