What To Expect:

Group nutrition classes offer a unique perspective by allowing you to collaborate with others in their nutrition journey. We bring our clients together to give insight into others questions, struggles and successes to create a supportive community.

Doherty Nutrition Club

Doherty Nutrition Club offers monthly group classes that cover a variety of topics and usually last about an hour. All classes will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Master Your Metabolism: A Dietitian’s Guide to Body Composition

💪Ready to change your body without obsessing over the scale? Join us for “Master Your Metabolism: A Dietitian’s Guide to Body Composition.” This is a one-hour informative/ discussion-based group class on Tuesday, September 9th from 6-7PM! 
 
 
We’ll dive into how your body actually works when it comes to fat loss, muscle gain, and any goal in between, like:
 
✅Learning the science behind metabolism
 
✅Getting nutrition and workout tips for body composition
 
✅Ditching the myths & seeing sustainable results
 
✅Understanding what drives fat loss versus muscle gain
 
Whether you’re trying to see results in the gym, enhance your sport’s performance, or become an endurance athlete, this class is a roadmap to better, smarter progress!
Meal Prep 101 Cooking Demo

When: Sunday, September 21st

Time: 3:00 – 4:00PM CDT

Do you want to start meal prepping, but are intimidated by the process? 

Join Kat, RD, LD to learn the basics of preparing a meal ahead of time, and come away with recipes for Sheet Pan Gnocchi with Pesto and a Burrito Bowl to start you off! This will be a virtual class on Sunday September 21st from 3:00-4:00PM CDT, so feel free to grab the ingredients and cook along with Kat from your own home! 

Before the class, make sure you have: 1 mixing bowl, 2 sheet pans, 1 sauce pan, 1 skillet, 10 meal prep containers, 2 spatulas/wooden spoons, cutting board, standard chef’s knife, can opener, instant pot or rice cooker
