Anne-Marie Alford

Anne-Marie is a Registered Dietitian born and raised in North Texas. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas Woman’s University, where she completed a Master of Science in Nutrition.

Anne-Marie specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating, and she especially loves working with adolescents, teens, and young adults. She’s passionate about helping clients rebuild trust with food, challenge diet culture, and create a healthier relationship with their bodies — in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive long-term.

Her work is rooted in evidence-based care and blends Mindful & Intuitive Eating with a Health at Every Size® approach. Anne-Marie focuses on personalized nutrition and behavior change coaching, meeting clients where they are and helping them create lasting progress through small, meaningful steps. She believes true health is about the whole person — not just food.

Outside of sessions, Anne-Marie enjoys spending time with her son, playing outdoors, reading, and hanging out with her dog. She also believes in practicing what she teaches and loves continuing her own journey with food, nutrition, and mindful movement.
