Hailing from the Windy City (Chicago), Colin is Owner of Doherty Nutrition and the guy that oversees the overall strategy, growth, and financials of Doherty Nutrition. Prior to opening Doherty Nutrition, Colin worked for CDW where he managed a sales organization focused on wireless and networking solutions for enterprise customers nationwide.
Colin has deep experience in growing organizations from small incubation teams to large-scale organizations. Colin left the tech world and opened Doherty Nutrition to change the way that the healthcare system worked and help make dietetic care more accessible and affordable for the average American. He’s passionate about private practice dietetics being the “preventative to traditional preventative care” – in particular stopping or reversing conditions through nutrition before they progress to an advanced stage and have a bigger impact on our clients and the healthcare system.
In Colin’s free time, you’ll find him with his daughter and two Greater Swiss Mountain dogs going on a hike or camping trip. When not on toddler and dog dad duty, you’ll find Colin weightlifting or backcountry hiking in the mountains. Colin’s favorite meals are cooked in a Dutch oven over a campfire open flame.
