Group nutrition classes offer a unique perspective by allowing you to collaborate with others in their nutrition journey. We bring our clients together to give insight into others questions, struggles and successes to create a supportive community.
Doherty Nutrition Club offers monthly group classes that cover a variety of topics and usually last about an hour. All classes will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Do you want to start meal prepping, but are intimidated by the process? Join Kat, RD, LD on Sunday, November 9th from 4-5:30pm for our second Meal Prep Class, but this time, with a pumpkin twist!
Learn the basics of preparing meals ahead of time, and come away with three different recipes starring pumpkin: A Creamy Fall Harvest Pasta, Pumpkin Overnight Oats, and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins. Grab the ingredients and cook along with Kat from your own home (the recipes and ingredients will be sent to you after signing up)!

Join Walk & Talk, our Virtual Walking Accountability Group with Natalie Larsen RD, LD every other Tuesday night from 6:00-7:00PM CDT starting 10/14. Whether you’re pacing your living room, walking the neighborhood, or getting your steps on the treadmill, you’ll have a supportive crew cheering you on. Together, we’ll set goals, share progress, and celebrate milestones—because walking is easier (and way more fun) when we do it side by side, even virtually.
