Maggy Doherty

Infatuated with all things food, Maggy Doherty is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Dallas, Texas. As a UCLA student-athlete on the Women’s Diving team, she learned how to use food to take her health and performance to the next level. After earning her Master of Science in Nutrition at the University of Illinois at Chicago and practicing as a clinical dietitian at Dallas’ Parkland Hospital, she is now the proud founder of Doherty Nutrition LLC.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Maggy hiking in the backcountry, searching for the world’s greatest brussels sprouts recipe, and mixing up an old fashioned.
