Alejandra Amezola-Velazquez

Alejandra is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Dietitian from Fresno, California. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State University, Fresno. After relocating to Texas in 2021, she furthered her education by earning a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and completing a dietetic internship at Texas Tech University (TTU).

Alejandra is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes. With extensive experience in clinical and community settings, she provides evidence-based guidance to foster sustainable habits. Alejandra is dedicated to areas such as diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, plant-based nutrition, and women’s health. Alejandra brings a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to nutrition counseling, ensuring that every client receives personalized support that fits their unique needs and goals.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Alejandra enjoys hiking, traveling to new places, reading, cooking nourishing meals, and staying current on the latest nutrition research.
