Recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating is an incredibly challenging journey, but you don’t have to face it alone. At Doherty Nutrition, we’re incredibly excited about an upcoming addition to our services that will provide an invaluable source of support and accountability for you: Meal Support Groups.

Our team at Doherty Nutrition is the best of the best! Our Meal Support Group will be led by one of our own RDs who specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating. You’ll receive expert and confidential support and accountability during each of our groups.
Conclusion
As dietitians, we recognize that the thought of eating with others can be daunting, especially in the early stages of recovery. Oftentimes, our clients find that eating with other people is incredibly helpful and empowering, even if it is a bit scary at first.
