Kristen Ramos

Kristen is a Registered Dietitian from El Paso, Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and went on to complete her dietetic internship and master’s degree in nutrition at the University of Arizona. Now back in Texas, Kristen is dedicated to supporting clients on their unique journeys with compassionate guidance and evidence-based practices.

Kristen’s mission as a dietitian is to apply tailored nutrition strategies to help individuals step away from diet culture and build sustainable changes that support long-term vitality and energy, while improving their relationship with food and movement. She is particularly passionate about supporting clients with gastrointestinal concerns, diabetes, GLP-1 use and related symptoms, and women’s health, meeting each person where they are with realistic nutrition strategies.

In her free time, Kristen loves to spend time traveling to new cities, hosting parties, watching scary movies, and taking walks along the trinity river!
