Angela Lendzioszek

Angela is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who strives to help people achieve their best selves by managing chronic health conditions and healing their relationships with food- especially by ditching yo-yo dieting and disordered eating habits. She is passionate about optimizing nutrition for women’s health, including fertility, prenatal, pregnancy, and post-partum/breastfeeding nutrition. Angela has her master’s degree in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England, and is a member of the Human Science Honor Society Kappa Omicron Nu.

When not at work, Angela loves spending time with her family at her son’s basketball games or going for walks with her husband, her son, and her dog. For exercise, she likes to go running and lifts weights in the gym. Angela is also a local artist in Fort Worth and runs a shop on Etsy where she sells watercolors and prints.
