Alisha Macas

Alisha is a Registered Dietitian from the Chicago area. She graduated from the University of Missouri’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics, which included both her Bachelor’s in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology and Master’s in Dietetics. She has worked with top athletes at Mizzou as well as completed a fellowship with University of Notre Dame Football.

Alisha has a passion for fueling individuals of all backgrounds and cultures to help optimize their health and achieve their goals. Alisha is passionate about empowering others to form a healthy relationship with food and incorporate balance into their day to day. She believes food is so much more than fuel; encompassing social connection, pleasure, and health & wellness.

Alisha competes in endurance sports, earning a slot at the 2025 Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Marbella, Spain. You can also find her training for her next marathon, listening to Taylor Swift, or trying new recipes.
