Arati is originally from North Carolina and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in
Nutrition from North Carolina State University and received her Master’s degree in Nutrition from Meredith College. She continued her journey and completed the dietetic internship at the Cleveland Clinic.
Arati’s interest in eating disorders and Intuitive Eating began while she worked at the Center for Discovery. She is passionate about healing people’s relationship
with food in a non-judgmental way and strives to increase nutrition education
among individuals of all backgrounds. She hopes to use the “all foods fit” approach and make nutrition fun for all her clients.
In her free time, Arati loves to cook new recipes, read, watch Formula 1, and try new DIY projects.
