Karlei Summerford

Karlei is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate in spreading knowledge about nutrition to help others achieve their health goals, manage chronic illnesses, and get in touch with their best selves, while building a better relationship with food. 

Karlei was born and raised in Texas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Dietetics & Hospitality. She further continued her education to earn a Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She previously worked as a clinical dietitian in the hospital setting where she gained experience working with a variety of chronic illnesses and medical complexities in both pediatric and adult populations.

She has always been passionate about food and wellness since she was young and feels fulfilled most using her knowledge and relationship skills to serve others.  Karlei works with clients across all lifespans, but her passion lays in hormonal-based issues, oncology, pediatrics, and women’s health.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Karlei in the kitchen cooking, outdoors with her pup, or practicing Pilates.
