Abby Coleman

Abby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Dallas, Texas, who graduated with honors from Texas Tech University with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She refined her clinical expertise through a comprehensive dietetic internship with Medical City Healthcare.

Drawing from her background as a Clinical Dietitian in hospital settings, Abby specializes in managing a diverse range of chronic and complex conditions through evidenced-based interventions. Her professional focus centers on preventive nutrition, where she empowers clients to navigate health barriers by making nutrition accessible and enjoyable. Utilizing a foundation in behavior change coaching and intuitive eating principles, Abby helps individuals foster sustainable, positive relationships with food.

Outside of her professional practice, Abby enjoys exploring the DFW culinary scene, practicing Pilates and yoga, or watching reality TV.
