Alisha Macas

Alisha is an evidence-based Registered Dietitian from the Chicagoland area. She graduated from University of Missouri’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics, earning her a Bachelors in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology and Masters of Science in Dietetics. Alisha takes a holistic, whole person approach to tailor nutrition strategies for her clients. Her work combines both clinical nutrition training and experience fueling top athletes at Mizzou and Notre Dame in both football and Olympic sports.

Alisha works with high-achieving individuals to create sustainable habits that will result in both improved health, performance, and recovery. She has a passion for fueling individuals of all backgrounds and cultures towards a healthy relationship with food and metabolism. She also specializes in supporting clients with hypothalamic amenorrhea, eating disorders, and disordered eating towards positive body image with a focus on intuitive eating principles.

She believes food is so much more than just fuel; encompassing social connection, pleasure, and health & wellness.

Alisha also uses her creative side on our Business Development team, connecting with local providers, attending events, giving presentations, and taking care of our newsletter, website, blogs, and more!

Outside of work, Alisha loves running and triathlon. She raced in the 2025 Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Marbella, Spain in addition to training for major marathons and local races. In her free time, you can find Alisha running or cycling on Chicago’s lakefront trail, trying new recipes, listening to Taylor Swift, or perfecting her espresso.
