Danielle McAdoo

Dani is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who takes a thoughtful, whole-person approach to nutrition and health. With over 12 years of experience counseling patients across the lifespan, she is passionate about helping individuals improve their metabolic health and feel confident making choices that support long-term well-being.

Her work centers on personalized nutrition and realistic lifestyle changes, recognizing that no two people are the same. Dani helps clients build sustainable health habits by focusing on practical goal setting, education, and consistency rather than quick fixes. She believes that healing and prevention begin with the foods we eat, paired with daily habits that support the body as a whole.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dani graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science and completed her dietetic training at Syracuse University. Thanks to her husband’s career, she has had the unique opportunity to practice nutrition in five different states, giving her a broad perspective on caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles.

When she’s not working with clients, you can find Dani spending time with her husband and two sweet (but wild) boys, enjoying the beautiful—yet unpredictable—Texas weather, or getting in a workout at her local Pilates studio.
