Rachel, a native of Iowa, obtained her bachelor’s degree in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa. With over 13 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Her background as a former collegiate dancer and personal trainer sparked her fascination with the relationship between physical activity and nutrition. Her passion and dedication led her to pursue a master’s degree in Nutrition, Health span, and Longevity from the University of Southern California.
As a personal trainer and Registered Dietitian, Rachel understands the intricate relationship between nutrition, movement, and overall well-being. She believes in the therapeutic power of nutrition and adopts a holistic approach that encompasses all facets of health and well-being across the lifespan. Her goal is to help individuals embrace a more balanced, intuitive, and sustainable lifestyle, leading to enhanced health and longevity.
When she is not working, you’ll find Rachel doing yoga, watching movies, or spending time with her husband and Australian Shepherd pup!
