Rachel Arnold

Rachel, a native of Iowa, earned her bachelor’s degree in Movement and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa and later completed her master’s in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California. With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness field, Rachel brings a deep understanding of how movement, nutrition, and mindset intersect to support optimal well-being.

A former collegiate dancer and personal trainer, Rachel’s journey sparked a lifelong interest in preventive nutrition, metabolic health, and functional nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian, she takes an evidence-based, holistic, and personalized nutrition approach—empowering clients to build sustainable health habits and achieve whole person health through behavior change coaching and habit formation strategies.

Rachel’s philosophy centers on helping individuals create a balanced, intuitive, and realistic approach to wellness—one that supports longevity and enhances everyday vitality.

When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys staying active, reading, catching up on her favorite TV shows, and spending time with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, Bella.
