Rebeca Hernandez- Gonzalez

Rebeca is a bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is deeply passionate about making nutrition feel approachable, empowering, and joyful. Born and raised in Mexico, she moved to the U.S. to earn her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, graduating with highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin. Her career has taken her through both clinical settings and community-based roles, where she discovered a love for designing and leading nutrition education initiatives grounded in personalized support and evidence-based practice. These experiences inspired her to pursue a Master of Science in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, where she developed her own bilingual nutrition education curricula for use in schools and healthcare settings. Rebeca believes that everyone deserves access to food and health knowledge that is practical, culturally-aligned, and rooted in compassion. She takes a whole-person approach to nutrition counseling, helping clients build sustainable habits that work for their unique lifestyles and health goals, whether that means managing chronic conditions like diabetes or kidney disease, building heart-healthy habits, or simply feeling better in their own skin. Outside of work, you can find Rebeca running outdoor trails, visiting new coffee shops, catching live music around town, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen!
