Scarlett Chaidez is originally from Arkansas, and has lived in DFW for the last 10 years. She became a Registered Dietitian after completing her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern. She has worked in hospital and clinic settings, and loves spreading knowledge about her favorite topic- food! Her passion is teaching others how to enjoy their favorite foods while improving their overall health and managing chronic illnesses.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Scarlett playing board games with friends, cooking, and exploring new cities and activities.
