Daysy Bustamante

Daysy Bustamante is a Registered Dietitian who earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Texas Woman’s University, graduating with honors. She completed her dietetic internship with Medical City Healthcare.

Daysy is passionate about helping individuals build sustainable health habits that support long-term wellness. She has a special interest in working with those managing chronic disease and gastrointestinal conditions, and she is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care that addresses the root causes of symptoms. Her approach emphasizes preventative nutrition and whole-person health, recognizing that lasting change happens when nutrition supports the body, mind, and lifestyle as a whole.

Daysy strives to make healthy living approachable, realistic, and even enjoyable—empowering her clients with practical tools and guidance they can confidently apply in everyday life.

Outside of work, Daysy enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs and being in nature. She is also passionate about serving children with special needs through equestrian therapy, an experience that is especially meaningful to her and close to her heart.
