Anisah Ahmed

Anisah is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals fuel their bodies, build a healthy relationship with food, and feel their best—both inside and out. Originally from North Carolina, she earned her Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and went on to complete her Master of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Anisah brings a diverse range of experience to her work, including supporting clients across the lifespan and working in the field of eating disorders. She has a passion for sports and performance nutrition and has had the privilege of working with elite athletes and military personnel, helping them optimize performance through evidence-based nutrition strategies.

Anisah’s approach to nutrition is grounded in the belief that food is not just fuel, but also a vital part of culture, connection, and everyday life. She sees food as a tool for empowerment and healing, and strives to serve her clients in whatever way they need her most. Outside of work, you can find Anisah reading, exploring nature, watching just about any sport, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.
