Bella Fleps

Bella currently lives in the suburbs of Chicago. She earned her undergraduate degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University before pursuing her master’s degree and completing a dietetic internship at Northern Illinois University. Bella also obtained a graduate certificate of study in eating disorders and obesity.

Passionate about rejecting traditional dieting, Bella advocates for intuitive eating to help clients foster healthier relationships with food and their bodies. She promotes an inclusive mindset, encouraging clients to embrace all foods while striving for balance and enjoyment.

When she’s not working, Bella enjoys quality time with her Jack Russell Terrier, Peanut, and unwinds by listening to Taylor Swift’s music.
