Bella Fleps

Bella Fleps is a registered dietitian based in the suburbs of Chicago. She earned her undergraduate degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Illinois State University, followed by a master’s degree and dietetic internship at Northern Illinois University. She also holds a graduate certificate in eating disorders and obesity.

Bella specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating, intuitive eating, and general health and nutrition. She takes an evidence-based, holistic approach that moves away from traditional dieting and instead focuses on personalized nutrition and sustainable health habits.

She most enjoys working with clients who are looking to make realistic lifestyle changes, build a healthier relationship with food, and support their overall wellness without restriction or rigid rules.

Outside of work, Bella enjoys practicing Pilates and spending her downtime reading.
