Remy is a Senior Registered Dietitian at Doherty Nutrition who specializes in Eating Disorders and Pediatrics. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, she supports clients in improving metabolic health, navigating food sensitivities and allergies, and building sustainable health habits that last beyond short-term goals.

With four years of clinical experience, Remy works closely with children, adolescents, and young adults, offering personalized nutrition and behavior change coaching rooted in habit formation and wellness. Her approach emphasizes tailored nutrition strategies that honor each individual’s lifestyle, preferences, and unique health needs—because meaningful change happens when nutrition is both effective and realistic.

Remy believes deeply in whole-person health and focuses on more than just food. By integrating personalized nutrition with behavior change coaching, she helps clients create sustainable health habits that support long-term wellness, confidence, and trust in their bodies.

Originally from Brentwood, California, Remy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from San Diego State University and completed her dietetic training at Utah State University. She now lives in Texas with her husband, Brandon, and their dog, Luca. Outside of work, Remy enjoys reading, painting, baking sourdough, and taking long walks—activities that reflect her belief in balance, nourishment, and lifelong wellness.
