Nicole Ortiz

Nicole is a bilingual Registered Dietitian (English & Spanish), born and raised in Arlington, Texas, with her family being from Puerto Rico. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Texas Woman’s University and master’s degree in clinical nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center. Nicole believes all foods fit and takes an intuitive eating approach. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, whether they need support managing GI conditions, diabetes, hypertension or eating disorders/disordered eating. When she is not working, you can find her reading, going on walks, trying out new workout classes and trying out new hobbies like ballet, pickleball, and crocheting.
