Nicole Ortiz

Nicole is a bilingual Registered Dietitian (English & Spanish), born and raised in Arlington, Texas, with family roots in Puerto Rico. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University and her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Nicole embraces an intuitive eating, “all foods fit” philosophy and is committed to providing evidence-based nutrition care that is personalized, realistic, and sustainable. She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients managing gastrointestinal conditions, diabetes, eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as those seeking general health and wellness guidance.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading, going on walks, exploring new workout classes, and trying new hobbies such as ballet and pickleball.
