Remy is a Registered Dietitian who is working on obtaining her Certified Eating Disorder Specialty, determined to help others overcome health obstacles and reach the most nourished version of themselves. She has been practicing for 2 years with a focus on counseling young adults, teenagers, and children. Remy is originally from Brentwood, California, and graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science and received her dietetic training at Utah State University.

Remy moved from California to Texas with her husband Brandon, and their puppy Luca, to explore new opportunities Texas had to offer. She believes that all foods can fit into a balanced, and healthy lifestyle. She focuses on intuitive and mindful eating and building trust within the body to nourish it properly.

When she’s not working, you can find her reading any book she can get her hands on, painting a new piece of art, and going on runs and long walks.
