Summer Spaide

Summer graduated Michigan State University with a degree in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She has a strong background in both eating disorders and sports nutrition, with years of experience supporting individuals in these areas. She is passionate about helping others cultivate a healthy, balanced relationship with food, their body, and movement through a compassionate, individualized approach. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family and is always looking for new coffee shops.
