Brittany Thiel

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and general health with client-focused, non-diet approach. She graduated from La Salle University’s Coordinated Program of Dietetics. She started her journey as a dietitian in higher levels of care in Philadelphia before making the move to join the Texas community in 2023.

Brittany became more interested in nutrition in high school when she started to get sucked in the [ever-easy to do] diet culture trends of “superfoods” and what she felt like she should be doing versus what she actually wanted to do. Brittany understands the convincing nature of diet culture and is passionate about helping others debunk its common myths and messages to re-define what “healthy” truly means for each individual.

When Brittany isn’t working, you can find her at a local Pilates class in the city, taking a walk outside to enjoy nature, or whipping up a new baking recipe in the kitchen!
